The ‘Consultation’ is an opportunity to talk in more detail about your family and medical history to get a much better idea of your concerns and needs before formulating a bespoke nutrition plan for you.

The ‘Consultation’ is not meant to feel like a lecture about what you should and shouldn’t be doing. I am not here to judge you but rather to support you in making the appropriate lifestyle and dietary choices therefore helping you achieve your goals. Consultations can be conducted in person or virtually e.g. skype, zoom, whatsapp etc.
